Enrolment
To enrol with Aquanauts, all you have to do is download the four forms below and email or post back your enrolment, T&Cs (with payment details) and you swim nappy order.
- Aquanauts welcome letter (contains important information about how we manage your enrolment so please read)
- Download enrolment form
- Download terms and conditions (T&Cs) and payment form
- Download order form for swim wear
As part of your enrolment you will also need to order swim wear for your little one, and complete payment details on our T&Cs form.

Through Aquanauts Evan has developed lots of confidence in the water. He finds each lesson fun whilst at the same time learning key safety principles and techniques. It is a great bonding activity for us and Evan and we all have great fun!
